Used only on on board of narrow body Airbus aircraft as A319, A320 and A321 with a cargo restraint ssystem installed, the AKH container concerns a full width lower deck container.
Up to date, the AKH has been manufactured in various configurations. Versions ranged from lighter weight units to bespoke units for carriage of aircraft cleaning equipment.
VRR does not focus on high volume production of the AKH containers, however may very well be able to assist with special requirements. The next AKH container in the product overview is a fine example.

Soft doors, solid doors, forkliftable bases, enlarged roof openings, interior racking and shelving for transport of e.g. aircraft spares, all - and more - is possible.
The AKH container is still commonly referred to as LD3-45 container.
